Our Sisterhood Development programs provide a positive guide for daily living that every member can practice and adhere to in order to reach her full potential as an individual and as a member of Phi Mu. Sisterhood Development is dedicated to identifying and meeting the needs of our members, rewarding successes, and developing women of honorable character.

Getting together to chat, eat, and watch our favorite television shows are just a few of the things that happen at our weekly Pinky Parties! Our Sisterhood Development Chairwomen plan Sisterhood retreats which serve as an opportunity to strengthen the special bond we share as sisters. Our diverse sisterhood, which is one of the most notable features of our chapter, focuses on maintaining the existing cohesiveness and constantly striving to make our bond even stronger.
